Sean Selleck

Sean Selleck, Partner

Sean practices in all areas of employment law and litigation, including the preparation of contracts and policies, advice about entitlements/compliance, restructuring/redundancy and representation in disputes (dismissals, discrimination, post-employment restraints and confidentiality).


 Georgie Farrant

Georgie Farrant, Partner

Georgie practises in commercial disputes, with a particular focus on regulatory disputes and investigations. This includes civil actions, criminal prosecutions and investigations by regulatory bodies where she represents both companies and individuals. Georgie also assists companies in developing their compliance programs including in relation to anti-bribery, fraud and whistleblowing. Georgie has previously worked on secondment for a regulator in the UK Listing Authority's Enforcement Team and for HSBC's compliance team.  Georgie has advised in relation to matters involving the Australian Federal Police, the NSW Police, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the Independent Commission Against Corruption, the UK Serious Fraud Office and the US Department of Justice.


Ruth Dawes

Ruth Dawes, Partner

Ruth Dawes is a partner in the national Environmental and Climate Change Group in Sydney. With over 20 years of experience and substantial expertise in all aspects of environment and planning law, Ruth has particular experience advising on major projects, sustainability and renewables.

Ruth is passionate about helping businesses find new opportunities in transitioning to a net zero emissions future, while also being deeply involved in the required energy transition to renewables.

Ruth is an experienced solicitor advocate who has represented clients in the Land and Environment Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, Federal Court and High Court of Australia.
